Area Sales Manager – Manitoba/Saskatchewan

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working from a Home Office location you will be responsible for selling, training and improving product performance for Automotive Dealers related to our products and services in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Region. You will report directly to the Executive Leader, Retail Solutions. You will also have direct responsibility for managing multiple key stakeholder relationships within your region including Dealership Staff, OEM Field Sales Representatives and Lender Field Sales Representatives. Your success will be dependent on your ability to leverage these key stakeholder relationships into selling opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train and educate Dealership Staff on our leasing program and on how to sell leasing to their customers
  • Sell SCI Lease Corp branded products, including but not limited to EWT (Extended Wear & Tear Coverage) to SCI Lease Corp Dealers in your region
  • Sell SCI MarketView’s digital engagement software solutions to Automotive Dealers in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Region
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to dealership staff on how to effectively use SCI MarketView’s solutions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage Lender/OEM Field Sales Relationships within their defined region and leverage these relationships into selling opportunities
  • Manage key Dealer relationships
  • Provide regular sales activity updates using Salesforce.com
  • Participate in weekly Sales Conference Calls
  • Prepare and maintain an overview of our competitor’s product offerings
  • Represent SCI MarketView at key Industry Events including but not limited to NADA, Auto Shows and Conferences
  • Provide regular updates on “street” activity (What’s going in your market)

  • Minimum 5 years automotive leasing/financing and or Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience working from a remote office
  • Post-Secondary Degree
  • Existing relationships with Automotive Dealerships
