Software Developer

Position Summary:

The Software Developer will participate in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, enhancement, and maintenance. The incumbent will be expected to collaborate closely with architects, Quality Assurance analysts, Business analysts, and support teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are extremely important for this role. Successful candidates are expected to work in a dynamic agile environment, and are able to produce deliverables in a short period of time.

Responsibillities:

  • Develop highly scalable applications using .net technologies (c#, Angular JS, JQuery, CCS3)
  • Design and develop SOA application
  • Develop unit test code for code, and scripts
  • Enhance and support internal applications based on detailed specifications

  • Required Skill-Set:

DevOps Build Administrator

Job Description:

The goal of DevOps is to change and improve the relationship between Development and IT Operations by advocating better communication and collaboration between the two business units. The DevOps culture puts a focus on creating a fast and stable work flow through development and IT operations. Our main goal of DevOps is to deploy features into production quickly and to detect and correct problems when they occur, without disrupting other services. In this role you will work collaboratively with our Development teams to help automate and streamline our operations and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and champion our TFS build and deployment process
  • Continuous improvement – must be willing to learn and have an ability to help foresee future direction
  • Develop test automation framework in collaboration with other team members
  • Develop faster feedback – own the ‘Ops’ side of our automation endeavors – work with the development team to bring us closer to a continuous deployment ideal
  • Build quality in – work with dev/ops teams to develop monitoring/metrics systems

Product Owner

JOB BRIEFING:

The SCI Product Owner will be responsible for the day to day management of one or more multiple product verticals within the SCI Product Suite. The primary focus of the Product Owner is to groom and manage the product backlog by writing and prioritizing requirements in the form of User Stories and to ensure that the development team is working on the right stories in the right sequence as determined by the Product Roadmap and various meetings with other stakeholders throughout the organization.

The Product Owner is available to the team at all time to answer question and clarify requirements and is empowered to make decisions to ensure that the pace of development is maintained.

Area Sales Manager – Ottawa Valley

JOB BRIEFING:

Working from a Home Office location you will be responsible for selling, training and improving product performance for Automotive Dealers related to our products and services in the Ottawa Valley Region. You will report directly to the Executive Leader, Retail Solutions. You will also have direct responsibility for managing multiple key stakeholder relationships within your region including Dealership Staff, OEM Field Sales Representatives and Lender Field Sales Representatives. Your success will be dependent on your ability to leverage these key stakeholder relationships into selling opportunities.
