Software Developer

Position Summary:

The Software Developer will participate in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, enhancement, and maintenance. The incumbent will be expected to collaborate closely with architects, Quality Assurance analysts, Business analysts, and support teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are extremely important for this role. Successful candidates are expected to work in a dynamic agile environment, and are able to produce deliverables in a short period of time.

Responsibillities:

    • Develop highly scalable applications using .net technologies (c#, Angular JS, JQuery, CCS3)
    • Design and develop SOA application
    • Develop unit test code for code, and scripts
    • Enhance and support internal applications based on detailed specifications
    • Maintain a working knowledge of current & future technologies

Required Skill-Set:

      • 3+ years building web based applications using client side technologies (HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3)
      • 3+ years of experience in c#, .net technologies
      • 2-4 years of experience with Angular JS, NodeJS, SignalR, Bootstrap
      • Knowledge of JQuery, JSON, Javascript, AJAX, XML
      • Experience writing unit tests includes java script unit tests, karma
      • Exposure to user interface & responsive design patterns
      • Experience with SQL Server
      • 3 + years of programming experience NET (C # and ASP.Net)
      • Flexible, pragmatic, very analytical
      • Good verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent analytical/documentation skills
      • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and work in teams and individually
      • Ability to work in an fast paced environment
      • Knowledge of Responsive Web Design technologies would be an asset

Responsibilities:

      • Delivering web based applications using client side technologies like AngularJs, HTML5, CSS3 and Single Page Architecture
      • Working as a team member within an Agile team
      • Working directly with a tester(s) at every step of the development process to ensure tests are in-line with code
      • Demonstrating proficiency in consuming RESTful Web APIs
      • Working with the team to create Prototype’s when required
      • Identifying web components that have the potential for reuse
      • Identifying Web API spec improvements to deliver a more intuitive User Experience and provide recommendations
      • Creating intuitive and easy to use interfaces

Risk/Compliance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supports regulatory compliance matters by researching and communicating requirements; obtaining approvals.
  • Maintain and create data and reports.
  • Reports directly to the Chief Risk Leader (CRL).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researches regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
  • Compiles information by coordinating residual value, lien registration, delinquency and insurance tracking deviations while maintaining updated matrices.
  • Keeps other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines.
  • Perform ad-hoc detailed analysis, complete with recommendations to CRL to drive insights into performance and behavior toward optimizing risk based returns
  • Participate in cross functional project teams to provide Risk/Compliance support for new initiatives
  • Support strategies using all appropriate quantitative methods using the tools available – provide insight on variances and make recommendations to further the achievement of business objectives while controlling delinquency and losses within the organization – Obtains approvals for revising forms, agreements, policies and standards.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains rapport with external regulatory personnel by arranging continuing contacts; resolving concerns.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist CRL with litigation matters, documentation preparation and presentation decks etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bilingual Dealer Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a customer service professional who will help customers get more out of our products by sharing knowledge and providing exceptional customer service through our contact centre. As a Dealer Support Specialist, you will engage with our customers, providing hands-on technical support and sharing product knowledge in an effort to help them get more out of our automotive technology platform. You will inform and advise on best practices, provide feedback and insights, and continuously look for way to improve processes. As a first responder, you will help foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, and represent SCI MarketView’s growing brand in the marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical related phone support to North American based automotive dealerships
  • Diagnose end-user problems using a systematic listening and probing approach
  • Troubleshoot and respond to customer requests, from problem identification through to resolution
  • Respond to leasing requests for automotive dealers
  • Grow our long term relationships with an assigned customer base
  • Record all customer issues using Salesforce.com

Human Resources Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will support the operation of the business by providing HR administration as well implementing human resources and related Office Service initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred
