Software Developer

Position Summary:

The Software Developer will participate in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, enhancement, and maintenance. The incumbent will be expected to collaborate closely with architects, Quality Assurance analysts, Business analysts, and support teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are extremely important for this role. Successful candidates are expected to work in a dynamic agile environment, and are able to produce deliverables in a short period of time.

Responsibillities:

QA Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

SCI MarketView, the leader in lead management programs is currently looking to add a QA Analyst to its growing team/company.  As a career focused QA specialist you bring a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst.  In your role as QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software produced by the Software Development team.  Initially, the role will be focused on manual testing various client and internal product releases; however, your extensive automation testing experience will enable the company to integrate an automated testing tool into the mainstream of our testing process.  Your ability to design and develop testing strategies, plans and test cases is well recognized by your managers and peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver amazing products to customers
  • Ensure features achieve the desired level of functional flow and quality, including reliability, security and performance
  • Basic Knowledge of ATDD and Test Pyramid and able to leverage or implement for development or testing

  • Able to monitor Continuous Delivery server and investigate failures
  • Manage defects in compliance with the established defects management process and use tools such as Jira
  • Ensures automated tests are integrated into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
  • Co-ordinate code deployments, maintenance upgrades and project testing across numerous environments on various technology platforms.

Risk/Compliance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supports regulatory compliance matters by researching and communicating requirements; obtaining approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking a customer service professional who will help customers get more out of our products by sharing knowledge and providing exceptional customer service through our contact centre. Data & Reporting Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with the Reporting and Analytics Team, the Data & Reporting Analyst will support the organization’s business goals and create reports and dashboards that explore and identify business trends and opportunities.

Key responsibilities will be the development and execution of reports and dashboards, with a focus on providing insights into the “daily” operations of the business (past, present and near-term future). This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of reporting and dashboards.

  • Authoring and developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) from multiple data sources; creating stored procedures, functions and developing complex SQL queries
  • Creation of Tableau dashboards for business users
