Software Developer

Position Summary:

The Software Developer will participate in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, enhancement, and maintenance. The incumbent will be expected to collaborate closely with architects, Quality Assurance analysts, Business analysts, and support teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are extremely important for this role. Successful candidates are expected to work in a dynamic agile environment, and are able to produce deliverables in a short period of time.

Responsibillities:

    • Develop highly scalable applications using .net technologies (c#, Angular JS, JQuery, CCS3)
    • Design and develop SOA application
    • Develop unit test code for code, and scripts

Required Skill-Set:

Funding Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Funding Analyst under the direction of the Leader, Origination (Credit & Leasing) is primarily responsible for auditing and processing lease agreements. This team member has contact with other company departments, as well as automobile dealers and other finance and credit sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit lease packages received to ensure all documentation requirements have been met according to policies and procedures, ensuring the financials are accurate on the lease and that the leases follow the program parameters
  • Liaise with Dealers and Sales in the follow up of required documentation and provide support to dealers for various lease inquiries including assisting with the structuring of deals
  • Process a lien registration on each lease received to secure the company’s interest in the vehicle and priority over other creditors
  • Authorize the payment to the Dealer on a file that has met all requirements
  • Process the booking file and enter any additional required information
  • May also be required to process or initiate any changes to the initial lease booked and lien registration during the term of the lease (examples are Lease Assignment/Amendment, Extensions, Name Change, Payment Due Date Changes, and Relocation to Another Province)
  • Provide support on the queue lines to handle inbound calls from Dealers
  • Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned/required

Credit Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Credit Analyst under the direction of the Leader, Origination (Credit & Funding) is primarily responsible for researching and analyzing credit risks, assessing credit history and approving or denying extension of credit to potential customers. This team member has contact with other company departments, as well as automobile dealers and other finance and credit sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and evaluate credit applications under specific guidelines
  • Communicate with dealers and internal departments regarding accounts pending credit approval
  • Conduct reference investigations, document requirements and prepare credit presentations
  • Work in a high volume call center environment requiring the use of multitasking skills
  • Clarify inquiries regarding policies and procedures to peers and clients
  • Promote and provide a high standard of service to the dealers and other areas within the company

QA Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

SCI MarketView, the leader in lead management programs is currently looking to add a QA Analyst to its growing team/company.  As a career focused QA specialist you bring a minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience as a QA Analyst.  In your role as QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software produced by the Software Development team.  Initially, the role will be focused on manual testing various client and internal product releases; however, your extensive automation testing experience will enable the company to integrate an automated testing tool into the mainstream of our testing process.  Your ability to design and develop testing strategies, plans and test cases is well recognized by your managers and peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver amazing products to customers
  • Ensure features achieve the desired level of functional flow and quality, including reliability, security and performance.
  • Facilitate Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) by working with developers and testers to ensure quality unit tests are created based on test data

Administration Specialist

The Administration Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to SCI Lease Corp primarily in the Funding and Credit departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open, sort and file or distribute incoming mail including original lease contracts for QC, insurance policies and ownerships
  • Support the fax queue – electronic filing of deals
  • Distribute system Dealer messages and POI to funding or credit
  • Audit welcome letters, stuff envelopes and use mailer to stamp letters and mail them
  • Cure letters – remedy for contract deficiencies
  • JIRA tickets – prepare as requested to amend contract data in CreditDRIVER
  • File financials in income folders in Compass
  • Send Insurance binders received for deals to PDP daily
  • Income Verification and other administrative duties/special projects as assigned
  • Dealer Guarantee Letters and Covenant Letter to be created and have signed
  • Securitize the Quebec contracts
